The Executive Committee called the Referendum (Incorportation) and Referendum (Governance) on 11 January 2011.
3,031 votes were cast at the close of polling, which represents a turnout of 13.39%.
Question 1 - Should UCLU Incorporate and adopt the proposed Memorandum and Articles of Association:
For: 2,782
Against: 167
Abstentions: 80
Question 2 - Should UCLU adopt the proposed Bye-laws:
For: 2,663
Against: 154
